Common questions

Can my mattress be purchased in advance while waiting for my BTO flat to be ready?

Yes, we are happy to hold stock of your mattress in the meantime. You will need to pay a deposit upon confirmation, and then the remaining balance right before delivery.

Can I have my mattress delivered when my BTO flat is almost ready?

We strongly recommend scheduling the delivery of your mattress after all renovation/painting work is completed in your new flat. As latex has a strong tendency to hold the scents of renovation works.

Does the 100 Day Trial begin upon the purchase of my new mattress?

Your personal 100 Day Trial begins on the day of delivery of your mattress to your BTO flat.

I would like to purchase multiple mattresses for my BTO flat, will the discount apply for one or all of my mattresses?

Discounts given will be applied for all mattress units within a household.
