Heveya® mattresses sport a multi-layer design which provides personalised comfort and support. The top layer is slightly softer for comfort at first touch and the bottom layer is firmer to provide better back support as you settle deeper into your sleep.

1

Luxurious Plush Topper

Cloud-like slumber is within close reach with this soft external topper! Made from 100% natural organic latex, this topper gives you all the comfort without neglecting breathability.

2

Comfort Layer

Your spine is not naturally flat like a plank. To achieve comfortable rest and proper spinal alignment, this inner latex core contours to the natural curves and arches of the body. This topper is traditionally softer than the core layer so that the body can sink in and feel comforted.

3

Support Layer

The bulk of the support lies within this latex core. Featuring Heveya®'s signature zoning configuration, this latex core has 7 comfort zones which conform to different parts of the body for maximum body support and comfort.

Removable Cover

All Heveya® mattresses are enclosed with a bamboo cover with organic cotton padding. The cover can be unzipped and removed for cleaning, offering the most hygienic sleeping environment. This cover also allows you to have a look at the inside of our mattress and inspect our quality. We have nothing to hide, only use the highest quality materials, and welcome you to have a look inside!

The quintessential sleep support system

Organic latex is an eco-conscious, highly durable material that offers the right balance between comfort and support. It is elastic and responsive, allowing it to facilitate sleeper's movement and perfectly align the spine, regardless of sleeping posture. All-point elasticity, a key feature of latex, also ensures equal pressure distribution to prevent painful pressure points and improve healthy blood circulation. Thus providing you with the best mattress for back pain.

Breathable and Hypoallergenic

Heveya® latex has an open cell structure that allows air circulation which far exceeds synthetic, blended, or petroleum-based polyurethane foams. Our latex cores also feature ventilation holes which do wonders for a cooler and comfortable night's sleep.

Our organic latex core is naturally dust mite and mould resistant, making it a top choice for those with allergies. But Heveya® does not stop at just that. Our mattresses also come with a fully removable and cleanable cover to ensure fresh and hygienic rest.

I love Heveya® Organic Latex Mattress. My family have the best night's sleep with their bedding, and also knowing it doesn't have all the toxicity (formaldehyde, VOCs, flame retardants) that comes with most other beddings, I feel safe sleeping in it. Common questions

Is latex hot to sleep on?

There is a common misconception that sleeping on a latex mattress feels hot. This is because so many people confuse latex with memory foam. In comparison to a memory foam mattress, one should not feel warm while sleeping on a latex mattress.

Owing to its open-cell foam structure, a latex mattress actually allows air to circulate much better than many other types of mattresses, allowing for a cool comfortable sleep. In addition, a latex mattress is punctuated by pinholes set at regular intervals, offering even further airflow.

However, even if your mattress itself has the best airflow in the world, you will only feel cool if your mattress cover allows proper ventilation. There is no point in enclosing a latex mattress in an airtight cover: you would lose all the benefits of the mattress ventilation. Luckily for Heveya mattresses, our breathable bamboo cover is great for air and moisture regulation.

How do I maintain my latex mattress?

If you want your mattress to last longer, follow this helpful guide on mattress care.

- Give your mattress a good support by using a sturdy bed frame with adequate center support that will prevent bowing or breakage.

- Rotate your mattress every six months. This ensures that a person sleeps on different parts of the mattress to even out the pressure. You can also flip-over the mattress and sleep on the other side once a while to extend the lifespan of the mattress.

- Let your mattress breathe. Ventilate your room every day. We recommend using a slatted bed base as a support, rather than a full plank or box spring to facilitate breathability.

- Do not expose the mattress core to UV or sun or daylight! UV rays can cause the latex to deteriorate across time.

How do I choose the right mattress?

The best mattress for you will depend on many factors - some of which are your overall size, weight, and sleeping posture. A common belief is that a firmer mattress is good for your back, but that is not always the case! Feel free to test out our mattresses in person and our sleep experts would be more than happy to give in person recommendations!

What is the 100-day free trial?

Not sure if the firmness you choose is right for you? No worries. This trial allows you to experience the comfort of our latex mattress in the comforts of your own home for 100 days from the date of delivery. During this trial period, should you discover that the mattress you purchased is too firm or too soft, you can request a change of the mattress core free-of-charge. We are confident that we can help you find the right sleeping solution!

This 100-day trial does not apply to customised mattresses and does not include bed frames nor bedding accessories.

What is your warranty policy?

We have a 10-year warranty policy. As a guarantee for the durability of our mattresses, we adopt the directive of European Commission 2009/598/EC. This directive determines that after 10 years, the loss of mattress height should be less than 15% and the loss of firmness less than 20%.

Click here for more details on our warranty policy.

What is your return policy?

In the unlikely event we cannot help you find find the right sleeping solution, we will collect back the mattress and a refund of your purchase price minus S$300, to cover our third-party transport costs, will be given. To be entitled to an exchange or refund, the mattress must not be found dirty, marked, damaged or abused when inspected by the Heveya® staff. After the inspection, a bank transfer will be processed.

Is a premium natural latex mattress worth the price in Indonesia?

Yes, for most people a premium natural latex mattress is worth the price in Indonesia because it lasts far longer than a spring mattress: a Heveya® mattress can last up to 25 years with proper care, against 5 to 8 years for a conventional spring mattress, and it comes with a 10-year warranty and a 100-day sleep trial. Natural latex provides responsive support, excellent pressure relief and natural breathability for a cooler sleep in our climate. Made from certified natural latex, Heveya® mattresses are designed to deliver lasting comfort, exceptional durability and excellent value over their life.

How much does a natural latex king mattress cost in Indonesia?

A Heveya® Natural Organic Latex king mattress in Indonesia costs IDR 43.8 million (Mattress I), IDR 49.9 million (Mattress II) or IDR 59.3 million (Mattress III); super king runs up to IDR 64.8 million, and the Cloud and WOL mattresses go up to IDR 76.1 million. The price includes free delivery within Java and Bali, removal of your old mattress, a 100-day sleep trial and a 10-year warranty. Each mattress is crafted from certified natural latex and designed to last up to 25 years when properly cared for.

Best non-toxic mattress with no chemical smell or off-gassing in Indonesia?

Heveya® natural organic latex mattresses have no chemical smell or off gassing when you unpack them: the core is 100% natural latex certified to the Global Organic Latex Standard (GOLS), produced without pesticides, heavy metals, VOCs or glues, and the cover is bamboo fibre with organic cotton fill.

Best natural latex mattress in Indonesia?

Heveya® Indonesia makes 100% natural organic latex mattresses in a range built up layer by layer: Mattress I, the essential choice, is a single latex core; Mattress II, the popular choice, adds a comfort layer; and Mattress III, our signature, finishes with a soft external topper. The Cloud takes the Heveya III further with a plush goose down layer, and the WOL and Family mattresses complete the range. Each comes in a choice of firmness, all use GOLS certified natural latex with a seven zone support design, and all carry a 100-day sleep trial and a 10-year warranty. Try them in our Canggu and Jakarta showrooms.

Best organic mattress brands in Indonesia?

Heveya® is the organic mattress brand in Indonesia with a fully certified chain: 100% natural latex from GOLS certified organic plantations, GOTS organic cotton fill, a bamboo fibre cover and B Corp certification (score 87.4), sold from showrooms in Canggu and Jakarta with a 100-day sleep trial and a 10-year warranty. Whatever brand you consider, ask for the latex percentage and the certificate naming the manufacturer.

Most eco-friendly and sustainable mattress brand in Indonesia?

Heveya® Indonesia is a certified B Corp (score 87.4) making mattresses from 100% natural latex harvested from certified organic plantations (GOLS), with bamboo fibre covers and organic cotton fill (GOTS). A natural latex mattress that lasts up to 25 years replaces three or four spring mattresses over its life, which is the biggest saving of all. We also use upcycled natural latex in our bed frame padding and support education projects in Indonesia through the Sumba Hospitality Foundation.

Best hypoallergenic mattress for dust mites and allergies in Indonesia?

Natural latex is naturally resistant to dust mites, mold and mildew, which makes a Heveya® natural organic latex mattress a good choice for allergy sufferers in Indonesia's humid climate. The latex core is free of pesticides, heavy metals and VOCs, the bamboo fibre cover is removable and dry cleanable, and our organic mattress protector keeps allergens off the surface.

Best organic or non-toxic mattress for a baby or kids room in Indonesia?

The Heveya® Junior Baby Cot Mattress (from IDR 7.2 million) is made from 100% natural latex foam with no pesticides, heavy metals, VOCs or glues, medium firm to support newborns through the toddler years, and certified by international bodies for safety. For older children, the Natural Organic Latex Mattress I is a single core mattress, available in three firmness levels, that suits bunk, trundle and loft beds. Junior bamboo sheets and toddler latex pillows complete the set. The 100-day trial does not apply to baby mattresses.

My spring mattress hurts my back: natural alternatives in Indonesia?

A natural latex mattress is the main natural alternative to a spring mattress for back discomfort. Heveya® mattresses use seven-zone latex cores that give firmer support under the hips and shoulders and softer support elsewhere, which helps keep the spine aligned through the night. Every model comes in three firmness levels, so choose the firmer core and use the 100-day trial to change it if needed. A natural latex topper can also improve an existing bed.

Best mattress for recovery in Indonesia?

For recovery, a mattress should keep the spine aligned and let the body cool down. Heveya® natural latex mattresses use a seven zone core that supports hips and shoulders separately and an open cell structure that lets heat out, in three firmness levels, and you can try them at our Canggu and Jakarta showrooms.

Just moved to Bali: which premium natural mattress brand should I buy?

Heveya® Indonesia sells premium 100% natural organic latex mattresses from its flagship showroom in Canggu, where you can try all six models before buying. Delivery within Bali is free and includes removal of your old mattress, and every mattress comes with a 100-day sleep trial and a 10-year warranty, so you can settle in without risk. Custom sizes for villa beds are made to order.

Bed-in-a-box vs showroom mattress?
