Best item I have purchased this year! This mattress topper completely changed my sleep. I struggled with lower back pain for months, but waking up is much easier now. It adapts to my shape right away and takes the pressure off my spine. I finally sleep through the night without tossing and turning to find a comfortable spot.

Lightweight, bouncy, comfy. It’s a nice change from goose down pillows. Hopefully it’ll outlast the others!

What customers say

We discovered Heveya in Bali and got the opportunity to try different type of mattresses. We were really well informed and guided in selected the right type. Thank you to the Heveya team for the great support and flowing experience until receiving the mattress at home! We are now enjoying our sweet sleep! This is definitively the best mattress ever! and the pillows are amazing.

My partner and I have been using the Heveya mattress for about 18 months. I want to express that not only have we found the mattress to be incredibly comfortable but the service quality throughout the entire process were as good as I have ever experienced. Having owned a couple of high end mattresses in the past, our satisfaction is a testament to quality of the product itself. Those of you who happen to be shopping in Bali, you are in for a real treat. Go for the bamboo sheets, they're pure joy.

Our custom-made Heveya mattress with a special-size of 320 cm x 200 cm is perfect for our family. It provides ample space for everyone to sleep comfortably and enjoy a restful sleep. The Heveya team did a wonderful job in fulfilling our family needs. It is a dream come true.

I spent my first night in our new Heveya mattress and bamboo bedding and oh my goodness, I dont remember another time I slept so well! I normally wake up several times a night and my back is tight. Last night I slept without waking once and my body feels amazing.

Common questions about our reviews

Heveya mattress reviews from Indonesian customers?
Heveya® Indonesia's mattress reviews come from customers in Bali and Jakarta and are collected through Judge.me, and you can read them on this page and on each product page. Our Google profiles reflect this too, with over 400 reviews in Bali and over 100 in Jakarta. Customers most often mention sleeping through the night, waking without a stiff back, custom sizes for family beds, and the advice they received in the showroom.
Will Heveya's mattress really last that long?
Yes. A Heveya® natural latex mattress is warranted for 10 years and, with proper care, can last up to 25 years. Natural latex keeps its height and firmness far longer than spring or foam cores, the bamboo cover is removable and dry-cleanable, and customers who have slept on theirs for years describe it as comfortable as the first night. Rotate it every six months, use a slatted base and keep the core out of direct sun.
Is Heveya's mattress worth the price?
Yes, for most buyers, a Heveya® Natural Organic Latex king mattress, priced IDR 43.8 to 69.5 million, is worth the investment when measured over its lifespan. Natural latex lasts up to 25 years, compared with 5 to 8 years for a conventional spring mattress, so the cost per year of ownership is typically lower than the upfront price suggests. The price includes free delivery within Java and Bali, removal of your old mattress, a 100-night sleep trial and a 10-year warranty. Every model can be tried at Heveya's showrooms in Canggu and Jakarta before you decide.
