Does the 100-day free trial apply to Goose Down Toppers?

Our Goose Down Toppers only come in one firmness level. Therefore, this trial period doesn't apply to our cloud toppers.

How do I care for the Goose Down Topper?

We suggest regular airing and occasional professional cleaning to maintain its freshness and loft. Always use a fitted sheet or mattress protector over the topper to keep it clean and extend its lifespan.The wool itself is not formally certified organic. However, it is 100% natural, chemical-free, and fully traceable. The producer, Wisewool, is B Corp certified, which means the company meets rigorous social and environmental standards. All wool is sourced from family-run farms in New Zealand with no synthetic fibres, glues, or treatments.

Is the Heveya Goose Down Toppers suitable for people with allergies?

Goose down and feathers are naturally breathable and resistant to dust mites when cared for properly, making them a good option for many sensitive sleepers. However, if you have specific allergies to down or feathers, we recommend consulting your doctor before purchase.

What is your return policy?

Our Goose Down Toppers are excluded from our return policy due to hygiene reasons.
